No. The goal isn't to hand your voice to someone else. I help you develop the strategy, the structure, and a repeatable system so you can post consistently yourself, in your own voice. That's what makes the presence credible and sustainable. It's genuinely yours, and it doesn't fall apart when an engagement ends.

No. I work with experienced medtech executives across senior roles. The common thread is deep industry expertise and a genuine point of view worth making visible, not a specific title.

What kind of executive gets the most out of this?

The work pays off most for executives who genuinely have a point of view but haven't made it visible. If you have real opinions about where your field is heading and a sense that the wrong voices are shaping the conversation, there's a lot to work with. If you're looking purely for follower growth or visibility for its own sake, this isn't the right fit.

Most executives feel this way at the start, and they're almost always wrong. After decades in an industry, you've developed instincts and judgments you no longer notice because they feel obvious to you. They're not obvious to everyone else. A large part of the early work is surfacing what you already think and recognizing why it's worth saying.
